Returns:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Playgun Clothing purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your shipment. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with all tags attached.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at playgunclothing@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Our Customer Service team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Pack the items securely and include a copy of the original packing slip or order confirmation.
  4. Ship the package to the address provided by our Customer Service team.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.

Once we receive the returned items and inspect them, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Cancellations:

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at playgunclothing@gmail.com. We process orders quickly, and once they have been shipped, we cannot cancel them. If your order has not been shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
